St. David’s Day Party 26/02/16 Parti Gwyl Dewi

St. David’s Day Party – Friday 26th February

Draig Werdd will be holding our St. David’s Day Party this year upstairs in Scruffy Murphy’s, off Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2, on Friday evening, 26th February, from 7pm onwards. We have a private room with bar, large screen TV to watch the Wales-France rugby match (kick-off 8.05pm) and a free buffet provided at half time, along with singing provided by members of Dublin Welsh choir . Come along to celebrate St. David’s Day and support the team by joining in the singing! Bring a friend – all welcome. Free admission!

Dublin Welsh Male Voice Choir is presenting a concert in Bective
Rangers RFC clubhouse in Dublin on Saturday evening, February 6th, the
eve of the rugby international between Ireland and Wales. They will be
joined by Côr Meibion Tâf from Cardiff, twice winners in recent
years at the National Eisteddfod.

There’s a warm welcome for everyone to come along to what promises to
be a highly entertaining and social evening and a celebration of Wales
and the Welsh male voice choral tradition as a prelude to the sporting
encounter on the following afternoon.

The concert starts at 8pm. Tickets cost €10 and can be purchased at
the door or in advance by contacting Mark O’Brien at 086-3621226.
