Dechrau Canu Dechrau Canmol 17/3/19

The Welsh-language TV channel S4C’s next programme in their hymn-singing series ‘Dechrau Canu Dechrau Canmol’ , to be broadcast at 7.30pm next Sunday March 17th, will be coming from Ireland in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day.  One of the items is a discussion between the presenter Ryland Teifi (another Welshman living in Ireland) and Draig Werdd committee member Geraint Waters about the old Welsh chapel in Talbot Street, Dublin.  This takes place upstairs inside the old building and covers some of the history of the building and the efforts of the society to preserve it and commemorate its use as a Welsh chapel and centre of the Welsh community in Dublin for 100 years.
